I ran into the unfortunate circumstance of needing to replace my laces after my pup chewed one of them beyond use. My laces were a unique color of lime green and gray that matched my shoes. I found the perfect laces online on LaceLab. I was very pleased with the cost and the good reviews this company had so I gave them a try. Unfortunately, this fell at a difficult time - #1 during the Pandemic and #2 right at the height of Christmas shopping! So I ordered them and low and behold the first package ended up lost in transit. I reached out to LaceLab and received an immediate response back reassuring me that they would take care of the shipping charges and send out a new set of laces to me. I did receive the second set of laces and I am very impressed with the quality and they were exactly as pictured online. I now can wear my Merrells again! I cannot thank this wonderful family business that kept in constant contact with me and went above and beyond to make sure I got my laces. Great customer service, great product!

It took me a week before I got around to lace these up, as soon as I put then on the shoes, I get an email about a review!!! Are you watching me? Ok I’ll get to it, they look amazing, the quality great, and you are only limited by your imagination.

With the pandemic I haven't been out much, but the laces look super cute and appear to be well made and durable. Great service with free shipping!
