Custom sneakers are a great way for you to make your shoes stand out and to showcase your artistic capabilities. One of the easiest ways to take your customs to the next level is to do a custom lace swap as the final touch. Check out some of these lace swaps for some inspiration.
For Valentine's Day, artist @redcustoms made a custom pair of Valentine's Day Louis Vuitton Air Forces with a clean pink and white colorway. To bring it all together, this artist swapped out the stock laces for a pair of flat pink leather laces.
Next is another pair of Air Forces custom made by @kingdom_made. All-white forces are one of the best canvases to use for a custom paint job, and this artist used them to create a clean ice cream design, To tie things together, the custom laces were swapped for a pair of red and black rope laces.
Sometimes, the best option is to blend in. Artist @astrotorfcustoms swaps out the stock laces on his custom Jordan 1s for a pair of flat black luxury leather laces. Using a pair of laces that blends in is a great way to make your design stand out. For Jordan 1s, we recommend picking up flat laces in size 63".
Blue and gold is a timeless colorway, so artist @rickymerino7's decision to recreate this colorway on a pair of custom Prestos was a great choice. Our blue 3M reflective rope laces are the perfect pair of laces to tie this pair of customs together.
Last up is another pair of custom Air Forces by @madebystvr. The blue on light blue colorway is simple but incredibly clean. To top things off, this artist swapped out the stock laces with a pair of royal blue leather laces to create a monochromatic look.
