I ordered online as I assume most customers do. Online experience is super helpful and easy to understand. As for the product I could not be happier. Only thing I wish was stressed more was how unforgiving the eyelids are if you choose the medal ones. I got gold ones. They went in with a little man power but I think the only way to get them out is to u its off.
