Metal Lace Tips
Our Metal Lace Tips are 4mm in diameter and may not work on the following popular shoes:
- Adidas Ultra Boost 1.0, 2.0 or 4.0 (works fine on 3.0's with a translucent cage)
- Jordan 3, 4, or 5
- ASICS Gel Running Shoes w/ plastic round eyelets
If your shoes are not found on this list and they contain small plastic eyelets, we recommend you consider grabbing a set of our Metal Aglets for use after the laces have been installed.
Some shoes may seem like they may not fit but using something such as a paint brush or screw driver to make the hole temporarily bigger will work to get lace tips through. It is completely safe and the shoe will return to its normal shape after a few hours.
