At LaceLab, we’re committed to getting your products to you as quickly and securely as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:
Processing Times
- Order Processing: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed after 12 PM on Fridays or over the weekend will begin processing the following Monday.
- Custom Orders: If you’ve requested any custom laces or products, please allow an additional 1-3 days for processing.
Shipping Options & Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping options at checkout to accommodate your needs. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method you select and your location.
- Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Next-Day Shipping: Delivery within 1 business day after processing for orders placed before 12 PM.
Note: These delivery estimates apply to orders within the continental United States. For Alaska, Hawaii, and international shipping, please allow additional transit time.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide! Delivery times and rates vary based on the destination. Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer. LaceLab is not responsible for any delays due to customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your package’s journey to your door. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. For added security, we offer Route Shipping Protection at checkout. Selecting Route ensures that you’ll be covered for lost or damaged packages, making claims fast and easy.
Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. If an error is made, contact us immediately, and we’ll do our best to update the address before shipment. However, if the package has already shipped, additional fees may apply to reroute it to the correct address.
Returns and Exchanges
Due to hygiene concerns, we are unable to accept returns on laces. However, if you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 7 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
